TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pet Badge Lab website and your purchase of products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes.

Customer-provided content
You may upload pet photographs, names, and other information to create personalized artwork. You represent that you own the content you submit or have permission to use it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. You grant Pet Badge Lab and its service providers a limited license to process, transform, store, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, support, and deliver your order.

Personalized and AI-assisted artwork
Our designs may be created with AI-assisted tools and may interpret or stylize the submitted photograph. Generated results can vary. A preview is provided when available so that you can review the personalized design before ordering. Minor differences may occur between on-screen previews and printed products because of display settings, materials, sizing, and production processes.

Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, prohibited content, technical errors, product unavailability, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices and payment
Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are shown at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment begins.

Production and fulfillment
Products are made to order and may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

Returns and refunds
Because products are personalized and made to order, returns and cancellations are limited. Please review our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property
The Pet Badge Lab name, website, branding, templates, and original site content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission. Your ownership of the original photograph you submit is not transferred to us.

Third-party services
The store may rely on third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, AI service providers, and fulfillment and shipping partners. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every generated design will exactly match expectations beyond the preview and product description.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Badge Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its effective date.
