SHIPPING POLICY

Made-to-order production
Pet Badge Lab products are made to order. Production begins after your order and personalized artwork are confirmed. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on your destination and the products in your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.

International orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, damaged, or delayed orders
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact shop@dpsk.jp with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and work with our production or shipping partner to determine the appropriate solution.
